The Alimirante is full of old world charm and it’s no wonder: this Georgian house was once owned by the esteemed Admiral Collingwood who was a close friend of Lord Nelson. The spacious yet comfortable rooms and shared spaces are filled with antiques and memorabilia and the walls feature old portraits that make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. That’s not all: nearby Mahon and El Castell are a short walk away and offer ample historical monuments and museums, restaurants, taverns and shops.

Outside, a large swimming pool takes pride of place, and is surrounded by a sun terrace lined with loungers and deck chairs.
