An adults-only hotel, the Mersoy Bellavista is just a few minutes’ walk from Icmeler beach.

This hotel has been designed exclusively for adults. With its contemporary design and relaxed vibe, it's the ideal 'grown up' retreat. And the location is certainly worth writing home about, too. Surrounded by green mountains and within striking distance of restaurants, bars and the beach, it’s got a plum position in Icmeler.

The Mersoy Bellavista has really got the boutique thing just right. Opt for a room decorated in stylish neutrals or choose one of four themed suites - Tokyo, Roma, Istanbul or Cape Town. Either way, you can expect plenty of space and extras like satellite plasma TVs and air-conditioning.

Outside, you’ll find the hotel’s swimming pool. Lagoon-shaped, it’s set into a sun terrace that’s dotted with wooden loungers and cream parasols. The real talking point, though, is the big round sunbeds. Jutting out over the pool, they’re the perfect place to dip your feet in the water.

As for the food, you’ve got an à la carte restaurant that specialises in Italian cuisine. Plus there’s a pool bar selling drinks and snacks during the day.

In terms of facilities, the small Nim Spa comes with an Ottoman hammam, a sauna and an indoor pool - and if that wasn't enough, this hotel is the winner of the Travellers' Choice 2012 award for relaxation and spa!
