We love the Neptune Hotel and Spa on Kos for a number of reasons – its beautiful location and verdant gardens, its excellent service and warm friendly welcome and its village atmosphere, but most of all for its pristine white beach where we’d like to sunbathe forever. Just eight kilometres from Kos, this five star resort complex has a wealth of features and facilities that will appeal to all: there are no less than four outdoor pools – plus one inside – with two pool bars and two beach bars; there’s the luxurious Neptune spa, tennis courts, squash, mini golf, archery, sailing and surfing (local charges) and a wealth of other sports and activities.

The Neptune has four restaurants, including the fabulous buffet Neptune Restaurant, a Taverna serving delicious local cuisine, Osteria for Italian food and Proteas, a gourmet a la carte restaurant with a superb wine list. Accommodation here is first class – elegant and spacious bedrooms in creamy whites and neutrals, located either in the main building or in the surrounding bungalows. All include air conditioning, satellite TV and balcony or terrace; upgrades to suites and family apartments available.
