Exotic views are easy to come by at this place – it’s bordered by impossibly white beaches and turquoise waters. Away from the beach, a 10-minute walk will take you to the pretty little village of Oistins.

The property's interiors are smart and contemporary. Take the bedrooms, for example. They're are dressed in confetti-coloured pastels, and come with extras like air-conditioning and balconies. Most rooms come with well-equipped kitchenettes, too.

In terms of things to do, the pool takes top billing. It’s a classic rectangular shape and overlooks the beach. Smart blue loungers line the water’s edge and there’s a snack bar at one end. A trio of whirlpool baths rounds things off nicely.

Lastly, when it comes to food, the beachside restaurant shines a spotlight on Caribbean favourites. Think spicy chicken, grilled fish and rice dishes. There’s a mix of international favourites on the menu, as well.
