Location • A few minutes’ walk from the centre of Taormina with its restaurants, shops and bustling streets. Approx. 45 minutes from Catania airport. FEATURES • The grounds are bordered by the remains of Greco-Roman walls, built by Andromacus in 374 BC, putting the hotel’s hundred years of hospitality into perspective. There are little lounges, an intimate bar, and a restaurant serving buffet breakfast and evening meals for guests on half board. Paths through the terraced gardens lead to the swimming pool and snack bar (usually in use May to September, daytime only), with views of Mount Etna and the bay. ACCOMMODATION • 88 rooms, each with air-conditioning (seasonal), television, minibar, bath or shower. Balcony Rooms have a small French balcony and views of Taormina or Mount Etna.
