This family-run place scores well on two counts – it’s got brilliant views and a really welcoming atmosphere.

Halfway up a hill, this hotel comes with fantastic sea and mountain views, especially from the pool area. Better still, while lunch and dinner are served by the pool, breakfast is dished up on the roof terrace, so the good views are every which way. The property itself is family-run, meaning there’s a really homely atmosphere. And, although the rooms are simple, they’re bright and clean, and all have balconies. Finally, the location of this place is pretty good. The hill is quite steep, but you’re only a 15-minutes walk from the beach and Kalkan’s centre, with shops and restaurants even closer.
