Throw your towel down and slide into the cool water. After a few laps you’ll be feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy the sun. Take a trip into Barbati and with a blissful disregard for the time, explore the shops looking for postcards and souvenirs. As dinner time approaches, either choose one of the Greek restaurants or head to the mini-market for some groceries. There is a barbecue, back at the villa, with your name on it. You can already taste the succulent charcoaled meats and the crisp Greek salad.
