Villa Vaso details
Combining tall angular blocks and sweeping arches, this place is a cut above the rest when it comes to architecture. And the courtyard that fronts the property really adds to the appeal – you’ll head down a wide stone path lined with flowers and shrubbery to get to the front door.
Inside, you’ll find a kitchen area kitted out with light-wood furnishings, cream walls and a tiled floor. It comes with all the basics, such as a table and chairs, an oven and a dishwasher. Next to this is the living room area, where you’ll find a satellite TV, a stone fireplace and chunky blue sofas.
Head outside, meanwhile, and you’ll come to the villa’s main draw – the swimming pool. It’s set in the centre of a lounger-dotted terrace, and has a section just for little ones. The whole area is cocooned by waxy palms and greenery, so the set-up is really secluded. And you’re in a great spot for soaking up the views of the surrounding greenery.
As for location, this place is a bit of an all-rounder. Not only has it clinched a peaceful setting in the countryside, it’s not too far from the beach or the town centre, either. The former is less than a 15-minute drive away, while the latter is even nearer.
