Built in 1988 and renovated in 2004, the hotel offers a total of 70 apartments on 1 storey. It is located in the centre of a 12,000 m² garden, surrounded by numerous palm trees. The hotel has a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, a newspaper stand and a supermarket. Furthermore, it offers a bar, a pub, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. In addition there is a conference room, Internet access, room service, a laundry service, medical assistance as well as a bicycle storage facility, a car park, a garage and a children's playground.

This inviting hotel is situated directly beside the sea. The beach, the Puerto del Carmen promenade, an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Public transport stops are just 500 metres away.

Guests are invited to serve themselves from the buffet at breakfast. At lunchtime and in the evenings dishes may be ordered from a set menu or from the à la carte selection. In addition, the hotel also caters for guests with special dietary requirements.
