The Dimitra Beach Hotel is the perfect place for an all-inclusive luxury holiday to Kos for couples or families. The Agios Fokas region is famous for the hot springs at Therma, which are close to the hotel. The hotel has its own private beach with sun beds and umbrellas and three freshwater outdoor swimming pools with furnished sun terraces and a Jacuzzi. For a bit of pampering guests are welcome to use the Therme Spa facility at the neighbouring Michelangelo Resort and Spa, which is under the same management.

Thee are three restaurants: Romantica is the main buffet restaurant offering international cuisine, La Pergola offers a Greek and Italian buffet and lunchtime snacks and drinks are available from the Village Caf? by the pool. Drinks are also available from the Central Bar, the Water Pool Bar, Bella Vista Bar and the La Pergola Pool Bar.

The Dimitra Beach Hotel 45 Double Rooms, 105 Bungalows, 73 Junior Suites and 33 Superior Suites. All rooms have: a private bathroom, colour television with satellite channels radio, air conditioning, fridge and balcony.
Bungalows: as Double Room, only set in the gardens overlooking the sea.
Junior Suites: as double with separate bedroom, living area and kitchenette.
Superior Suites: as Junior Suites with two bedrooms.
