The apartments on Zante do have a selection of shops, restaurants and bars within 15 minutes. Lagana`s beautiful sandy beach is famous for Kareta-Kareta turtles. (There are no motorized water sports available here, the turtles take priority). There is a range of bars and nightlife nearby for the young at heart as well as a good selection of traditional and more family friendly entertainment.
