Beachside bars and restaurants – including San Antonio favourites like Linekers Bar and Es Paradis – are just 10 minutes away on foot, while a 20-minute stroll will take you to the heart of the strip.

Back at the hotel, everything centres around the pool. DJs play music on the terrace during the day two or three times a week, which is a big hit with guests on TripAdvisor. And there are plenty of loungers and brightly-coloured poolside sofas dotted about.

Food wise, there’s a snack bar for light bites, and the main restaurant serves international food buffet-style. As for the rooms, they’re bright, modern and all come with wall-mounted LCD TVs and a terrace.
