The Sands Beach Resort on the Costa Teguise in Lanzarote is a sizeable complex populated with pretty, low rise, whitewashed buildings set around seven heated swimming pools. The facilities here are excellent, whether you are looking to play tennis, get involved in water sports, or play a relaxing round of golf on the green at Costa Teguise Golf course, where guests at the hotel will get a discount on the fee. Children are also very well catered for, with six kid's pools, a hotel kid's club, playroom and an entertainments programme.

Guests at the Sands Beach Resort dine at 'La Hacienda’ restaurant, which has a show cooking buffet, and there is also the option of the Mai Tai snack restaurant. Each of the rooms also has a kitchenette, fridge and microwave, and there is a supermarket on site, so guests can make their own snacks in their rooms. The hotel has a fantastic position as it is right on the beach and the resort centre is only a short 500 metre walk away.
