Sol Y Paz details
For a value-for-money break on Gran Canaria, the Sol Y Paz will tick plenty of boxes. It is located a couple of kilometres outside Puerto Rico, but it is right next to the Europa Centre, where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Puerto Rico itself has a marina, two sandy beaches and great opportunities for water sports, as well as plenty of shopping and eating places. The nearest beach to the apartments is 2.5 kilometres away but buses run every half hour to a number of nearby resorts. Golfers will be delighted to discover the Taurito golf course nearby.
The apartment accommodation at the Sol Y Paz is bright and spacious, with attractive wooden furniture and colourful furnishings. The one bedroom apartments sleep up to four people, with satellite TVs and kitchenettes. The complex overlooks a small rectangular pool with well-furnished sun terraces, and there is a pool bar to make sure you stay refreshed throughout the long hot afternoon.
