Apollo Hotel details
The Apollo Hotel is in Kavros, near to Georgioupolis, between the cities of Chania and Rethymnon. There is a regular bus connection to both cities and the nearby Kournas Lake, the only sweet water lake in Crete. A mini market and a restaurant can be found nearby whilst the beach is approximately 200 metres from the hotel and offers a good selection of with water sport facilities. Georgioupolis has everything required for a perfect holiday including pharmacies, open markets, super markets, restaurants and a good local bus service.
Location
The hotel is made up of two buildings. The main building has a reception, a restaurant, and a hairdresser, the second building has a swimming pool and children`s pool. The hotel beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away and transfers to this beach are arranged as a service for all customers. The lake is great for swimming and it is possible to hire small boats and water-bikes.
