A unique hotel lovingly designed and just footsteps from a long sandy beach.
This lovely property is all about unique touches and intricate detail. Design-wise, it follows a Venetian style, with buildings painted in earthy tones and balconies set behind arches.
Inside, it’s the restaurant that really looks the part. Dressed in warm apricot hues and lit by delicate chandeliers, it’s got quite a romantic feel. Tea-lights and swathes of golden muslin complete the scene. As for the food, you can expect a menu of Cretan and Greek cuisine.
The lobby and bedrooms are similarly impressive. The first is an exquisitely elegant space, with vintage-style winged chairs and an ornate mirror. The bedrooms, meanwhile, have all been individually designed. Standout features include wall frescoes, canopied beds and stencilled bedside tables. Plus, balconies and terraces come as standard.
The pool area, meanwhile, is surrounded by big pots filled with flowers, and arches reminiscent of ruins. There are two pools for adults and a separate one for kids. But if you prefer the feel of sand between your toes, wander down to the beach, where you’ll find sunbeds, parasols and a beach bar.
