With great views, designer-led interiors and a sandy beach on its doorstep, the Cretan Dream Royal in Stalos does peaceful getaways in style.

From its seafront setting, the Cretan Dream Royal enjoys sweeping views over the Mediterranean. And it puts the scenery to full use. The infinity-style pool seems to melt into the sea. Plus, all around it are lawns and sunloungers that share the same outlook. Better still, there’s a sandy beach just below, which you can reach through a short tunnel.

Inside, the hotel takes the minimalist route. There’s an impressive lobby graced with oversized pebbles and red banquettes. The bedrooms are tasteful and modern, too.
