No reservations are required for the eight gourmet restaurants and there are bars dotted about the resort so you are never far from a cool, refreshing drink. This all inclusive hotel has eight gourmet, reservation-free restaurants and six happening bars and lounges. There are five a la carte restaurants, one bistro restaurant, a buffet style restaurant and a cafe. Capers serves authentic Italian cuisine in a Tuscan setting, and opens for dinner whilst the Carnival International Buffet opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a sumptuous international menu. Castaways offers light meals, snacks and refreshments in a poolside location with great sea views or for a taste of true French cooking there is the Mercure restaurant. At Tamarindo guests can enjoy Mexican fare at dinner time in a contemporary cool atmosphere or head for Spice and experience divine Asian cuisine, surrounded by tranquil fountains within an indoor Zen Garden. Spice has three Teppanyaki tables, a sushi bar and a pagoda and opens for dinner only. At the adult-only Cin Cin Restaurant enjoy a dinner of Mediterranean gourmet cuisine or just relax with a premium roast coffee and a fresh deli snack at the Coco Cafe. Refreshments are available from the swim up bar Splash, at the Scores Sports Bar which has three LCD flat panel TVs where you can watch live sports as well as two pool tables and at the Moments Lobby Bar. Lastly, the Mix is a popular beach hot spot for drinks throughout the day
