The Hotel Argos is pulled up against Talamanca’s pale sweep of sand, so you couldn’t be closer to the beach. What’s more, the property skirts Ibiza Town and its trendy marina, meaning you’re less than a 20-minute walk from the capital’s super clubs and casino. 

The hotel’s interiors are stylish and contemporary. The bedrooms are in the process of getting a revamp for 2012, and you can expect a minimalist vibe. Walls and furnishings will be painted in crisp white, and offset by funky artwork, plush velvet cushions and spotlighting.

There's a good-sized swimming pool outside, set in a terrace that overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Loungers and parasols frame the water, so you’ll find plenty in the way of relaxation spots. There’s a bar out here, too, where you can grab snacks and soft drinks, and watch the staff whip up fruity cocktails.
