If you want to explore the history and the culture of Rhodes rather than lying around the pool, the Lindos Top Apartments offer an excellent value-for-money option. The small apartment complex is located up a steep hill in the archetypal Greek village, and it has stunning views across to the historic acropolis that dominates Lindos’ skyline. Far below, a curved bay encloses a curve of brilliant azure water, edged by a golden beach, and in between the cuboid white houses of Lindos tumble down the hillside towards the sea.

Outside the Lidos Top Apartments there is a quiet courtyard that makes a perfect haven for relaxing at the end of the day with a refreshing drink. Inside, the accommodation offers a choice of studios, maisonettes and one bedroom apartments that sleep between two and four people. These are simply furnished but well equipped, with air conditioning, TV and kitchenettes. Due to steep steps leading up to the apartments, this property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
