The welcoming studios include an integrated living room/ bedroom, a hire safe, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette with a fridge, a radio, a balcony and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom. The rooms are cleaned on departure.

The apartment complex was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 1996. There are 233 apartments/ studios in total over 5 floors. The complex offers guests a lobby with a reception desk, a lounge, a bar/café, a small supermarket, a lift, a TV room, a games room, a nightclub and restaurant.
