The adults-only Thalassa Beach Resort offers a seafront location and swish pool scene, just a short walk from Aghia Marina.
The Thalassa Beach Resort is placed on a stretch of sand, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Thodorou Island. You’ve got easy access to cosmopolitan Aghia Marina here – it’s less than a 15-minute walk into the centre of town.
The hotel’s swimming pool has a bit of a beach club feel, thanks to its smart wooden decking and stylish white loungers. You’ll also find a swim-up bar, so you don’t have to move from the water for daytime daiquiris.
Meals are taken in the buffet restaurant, which, like the rest of the hotel, features floor-to-ceiling windows that let you look out to sea as you eat. In terms of what’s on offer, expect round-the-world options, with plenty of pasta, meat and fish. Now and again, there are Cretan themed nights put on, where guests can try local specialities.

All rooms are contemporary spaces dressed in neutral colours and come with air-conditioning, bath with shower, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, LED satellite TV, DVD player, phone, mini-fridge, tea and coffee facilities and balcony or terrace. Standard rooms sleep up to 3 with twin beds and an extra bed, plus a mountain view. Standard rooms for sole occupancy and Sea-view rooms are also available.
We also offer Junior Suites.
