A warm welcome awaits at the Agar Apart, built in 2001 by the friendly Agar family and found in the heart of Gumbet. Sitting just 200 metres from the famed bar street and only 300 metres from the beach, these apartments are ideal for those who wish to make the most of the resort?s lively features.
With a cosy offering of 26 apartments, the complex is ideal for families and couples who wish to enjoy some privacy and the convenience of self catered accommodation. Each apartment offers a separate bedroom with twin singles or a double bed, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette with two hob rings, a fridge and a kettle. Each also comes with air conditioning, a telephone and a private balcony or terrace.
Outside the building you will find a beautiful landscaped garden, with fragrant bougainvillea trailing across the buildings and exotic flowers found across the grounds. An outdoor swimming pool is found nestled on a terrace, with sun loungers and parasols for those who wish to relax by the water. A separate children?s pool ensures little ones can paddle safely, and the play area with swings and a seesaw will keep them entertained.
Even though you can enjoy cooking some traditional meals of your own in the apartment?s kitchenettes, you can also take some time off from the kitchen and take advantage of the food on offer at the Agar Apart?s restaurant. The Agar Apart are found in the centre of the resort, just 200 metres from the nightlife of the bar street and around 300 metres from the beautiful sands of the beach. Bodrum is also only three kilometres away.
