Hotel Villa Bianca/Principe details
On a hill overlooking the beach, set in divine sub-tropical gardens, the Hotel Villa Bianca/Principe feels like an escape to paradise. In fact, it’s on the spectacular eastern coast of Siciliy, and a 20 metre ride in a cable car will bring you quickly to the centre of cosmopolitan Italian resort. Add to that, it’s only a 30 metre walk down to a small pebbly beach in a brilliant blue-green cove, and it’s easy to see why the old adage ‘location, location, location’ could have been coined to describe this perfect spot.
The Villa Bianca itself is an old-fashioned style Italian seaside hotel made up of three separate buildings, linked to each other by pathways through the glorious gardens. It doesn’t have its own pool but you are free to use the pool of its sister hotel nearby. The hotel has two charming restaurants and you’ll enjoy lavish buffet breakfasts and superb a la carte dinners. The bedrooms, although modest in size, are comfortable and light, with air conditioning, satellite TV, minibars, and a limited sea view.
