For a beach holiday in an upbeat Greek island resort, the Socrates Apartments will fit the bill. These low rise apartments are located just 50m from the lovely sandy cove of Canal D'Amour, but for the more adventurous of you the main beach is only 350m away where you'll get an array of watersports to do. If you prefer lying by the pool, the apartments have a really spacious pool area with plenty of loungers and parasols and lovely views over the sea. There is also a children's pool attached. Other facilities include a friendly bar and restaurant for snacks and drinks in the sun.

The Socrates isn't too far from the resort centre of Sidari, where you'll find a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. There is a big choice for places to eat, drink and buy those souvenirs. Come nighttime you'll even find a couple of nightclubs where you can boogie until the sun comes up. This resort and accommodation is really well suited to couples and families, being far enough from the action for a bit of peace and quiet, but close enough to take advantage of local amenities.
