The Suntopia Tropical at Sarigerme may be irresistible to 10-year-old boys because of its spectacular twin water chutes that corkscrew down into an enormous pool – but there are plenty of other features that will make this wonderful hotel irresistible to their parents as well. Take the location, for instance: with a backdrop of whispering pine trees and towering mountains, the Suntopia Tropical overlooks one of southern Turkey’s most lovely sandy beaches with picturesque rocky islands and a never-ending blue sky. Beyond the environs of the hotel, it’s just a short stroll into Sarigerme village where you’ll find quaint shops and friendly restaurants in which to while away the hours.
Inside, the Hotel Tropical offers a choice of restaurants, featuring both buffet and a la carte dining, while outside there’s a beach snack bar for small eats and drinks. With a sports bar and disco, night owls are catered for, while those looking for an active vacation can take advantage of the fitness centre and tennis courts or join in a game of water polo or volleyball. Although plain and simple in terms of furnishings, the rooms are comfortable and spacious.
