Perched on a rocky point at the northern approach to Kassiopi harbour, this raised property offers up incredible views of Kassiopi’s rugged coastline and the sea beyond. And it’s not just the views that impress. The villa itself is a doll house-like semi-detached building, with ivory stone walls and sweeping arches.
Inside, minimalist chic dominates when it comes to the décor. Think smooth wooden floors, neutral walls and barely-there furnishings. Head outside, and you’ll come to the villa’s star attraction – the swimming pool. It’s a large rectangular affair, framed by a stone floor dotted with sun loungers. There’s a barbecue out here, too, so you can tuck into lazy al fresco lunches while gazing out at the fishing boats bobbing in the sea.
When it comes to location, you’re less than a 10-minute stroll from the beach, and you’ll reach Kassiopi town centre in around 15 minutes if you head there on foot.
