Providing a pleasant base for visiting the beach, marina and all the entertainments and sporting facilities of the resort, the villa offers a good standard of accommodation with a noticeably homely ambience that will make you feel welcome as soon as you step over the threshold.
A detached two-storey villa designed in typical Ibizan-style with an attractive whitewashed facade, the villa combines modernity and charm thanks to its understated decor and a number of welcoming features. Inside, things are kept simple with light pine furnishings, cool tiled floors and an open-plan living-dining area. A compact kitchen is more than sufficient for an easygoing stay, although there are restaurants a short stroll away for eating out. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom grace the ground floor, whilst a staircase from the lounge leads upstairs to the spacious master double bedroom with ensuite, which has doors onto a balcony, so you can gaze out over the twinkling sky. The remaining twin bedroom and a separate bathroom are also situated on the upper level.
Doors from the lounge lead down to a lovely pool terrace, where it is hard to resist lounging the hours away in blissful peace and quiet. The inviting pool is a constant temptation and an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool offers shade when the temperature climbs. There is also a barbecue supplied for when you want to practice classic Majorcan recipes in the sunshine.
