Where to begin describing the Couples Sans Souchi at Ocho Rios in Jamaica? On a horseshoe of pure white sand and surrounded by luscious tropical gardens, this grand plantation-style hotel has the lot. For a start, there are four fabulous swimming pools dotted around the grounds, with whirlpools and a swim-up bar, shaded sun terraces and plenty of loungers.
