Hotel Gran Canaria Princess details
The Gran Canaria Princess Hotel has been completely remodelled for winter 2013 and its redesign has made it really worthy of its royal name.
The Gran Canaria Princess Hotel, in the centre of Playa del Ingles, re-opens in November 2013 following a head-to-toe makeover. Renovations have given the hotel a stylish and modern new look. Bedrooms are now done out in soothing purple and silver colour schemes and the bathrooms are all marble tiles and designer fittings. Outside, there will still be 2 lagoon-like pools surrounded by tropical gardens and sun terraces. From November, though, this space will be complemented by a mind and body centre, where you can indulge in massages and take pilates and tai-chi lessons. The restaurant has been expanded to include a sleek new terrace area with feature lighting and contemporary seating. You can expect the same high standards and show cooking from the buffet section. The makeover has given the hotel a classy new cocktail bar, which rivals any of the bars in Playa del Ingles. It opens out onto a terrace, where you can watch live music in the summer.
