Inside, meanwhile, lies a nest of white-walled rooms kitted out in ultra-modern furnishings. Comfy, cubist sofas and dark wood furniture lend the living-come-dining room a modern vibe, while the bedrooms have a more classic feel. Chunky, wooden beds are dressed in burgundy and white, and large blonde wood wardrobes are big enough to house the largest of clothes collections.
But the villa alone isn’t what makes this place special - the location has plenty of plus points, too. Everything is within easy walking distance. The villa is in between the Ayia Triada and Pernera areas of Protaras - so there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket just over a five-minute walk away. Another 20 minutes’ walk, or a short bus ride, and you’ll find yourself in the centre of Protaras - it’s an upbeat resort with plenty of bars and clubs. For more laid-back days, however, there’s always the nearby beach – a ten-minute stroll and you’ll be there.
