Location-wise, the villa is set in the sought-after area of El Portet in Moraira. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the centre of Moraira, where you’ll find a large selection of wine bars and restaurants. Plus, the beach is just a 25-minute walk – or a short drive – away.

On the facilities front, the villa comes with a large private swimming pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace and sun loungers.
