• All villas are in residential estates around the Kissimmee area, including Davenport, Clermont and Haines City • The selection of villas are all within a short drive of the area's many attractions including the Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios® Resort and SeaWorld®.

Coach transfers are not available to this property, so car hire must be booked.

A security deposit of $500 is payable by credit card only on arrival to cover against damages and breakages.
