The Nathalie Hotel's location is hard to beat. It's around a 5-minute walk from a shingle beach and the centre of town. There's a clutch of restaurants and bars even closer and, further afield, Rhodes Town is 10 minutes away by bus.

In terms of look and feel, this is a small, traditional property. The room count comes in at just over 50 and the grounds are home to a candle-lit pergola and a vine-covered courtyard, where you can sit under a canopy of greenery. The staff here are very friendly, too – TripAdvisor's packed with praise for them.

The restaurant feels bright and fresh, with large windows and a blue and white colour scheme. It offers buffet breakfasts and à la carte dinners, with the option of dining on an al fresco terrace. And by the pool, there's a snack bar where fruit smoothies and ice-cream are among the options.
