Our family hotel is located in the area of Marmari and 700m from the sandy beach where you can find water sports and sun beds to rent. It is 1km from Marmari centerand 13 km from Kos town. The bus station for Kos is 100m from the hotel. In Marmari area you can find bars and restaurants.

Summer Village has thought of everything, so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest! A full range of experiences is yours to enjoy: sports, fine dining, entertainment, etc. The Summer Palace is a true oasis by the sea, where you can relax and enjoy the comfort.

Location

In the garden there is a football area, beach volleyball, beach tennis and a very nice cocktail snack bar. There you can enjoy your drinks, satellite TV, billiard, darts and free wifi. Reception is open 24 hours a day where you can have information, exchange money, telephone - internet service and also safe box.

Swimming Pool

Guests of all ages can choose between the outdoor seawater swimming pool and the beautiful sand and pebble beach, ideal for families since it is gently sloping. Fresh fruit and water ice are available around the pools and on the beach, during high season. There are also 6 sharing pools with fresh water for the family suites as well as a water park with giant water slides is available for children from 8 years old.

Meals

Light snacks, summer cuisine and an innovative selection of fresh cocktails leave guests spoilt for choice! The Main Restaurant serves American menus, local and international cuisine, as well as show cooking. Enjoy the magnificent view over the Aegean & Nissyros Island, while tasting the delicious specialties carefully prepared by the excellent Chefs. There is also the choice of an Italian restaurant, a Greek tavern and several bars.
