With its straight lines, large windows and stark white exterior, Coves Noves Villa cuts an impressive figure when you first pull up. But what really strikes you about this property is the peace and quiet that surrounds it. This is very much a hushed hideaway.

You’ll find it in the relatively off-radar residential area known as Coves Noves, about a kilometre from the popular town of Arenal d’en Castell and its horseshoe-shaped beach. It’s also within easy reach of Port Addaia, a quiet resort with a pretty marina and a handful of waterside bars and restaurants. Son Park’s championship golf course is just a ten-minute drive from the villa, too.

Inside, the simply styled interiors work in harmony with the villa’s contemporary exterior. The open-plan nature of the lounge and dining area, coupled with the large windows, gives the room a light and airy feel. In terms of sleeping arrangements, there’s a double bedroom and two twin rooms, so up to six people can stay here. Outside, there’s a small private pool framed by a fairly generous sun terrace.
